What is Security Deposit Protector™
Security Deposit Protector™ is an option made available on any rental to add coverage up to $3,000 of unintentional damages. Policy covers up to 180 days of stay. The non-refundable $69.00 fee adds coverage and comfort to the renter’s stay, even including pet damage and personal property theft!
Implementation of the plan is simple. Whether you’re an individual owner of vacation rental property, a rental management company, or a time share association, we devise a system to meet your needs based upon your volume. There are NO COSTS to you for putting this option in place for your renters. You DO NOT have to become licensed and all of our adminstrative services are included.
For Owners
- Renters Insurance is a great option for renters to lessen their total upfront costs involved in renting from you.
- Your protection has now increased up to $3000.00 for the stay, instead of the previous minimal security deposit required
- We provide an addendum to your lease that will inform your renter of the mandatory coverage required, or register with us to have them purchase right on-line
- You pay nothing for our services and no administrative costs to you!
Processing time: approximately one week from Registration. After that, your renter purchases on-line or you simply fax us the addendum completed by the renter and we'll do the rest.
