Once we process your request, you will receive a Welcome Package with your specialized Addendum to your lease that gives your renter instructions on how to purchase the policy. You will also receive a LINK to post on your website if needed. At the same time they could also have the option to purchase Travel Insurance as well. Refer to attached sample below for ideas on how to do this. Q.  How do I file a claim?

You may simply download the form to mail or fax in. You may also obtain a claim form by contacting your property management group, if applicable.

 

 
Q.  What proof (if any) do I need (pictures, documents, etc.)?

Of course, the more information we have, such as receipts or pictures, the quicker the processing time.

Q.  How fast do you typically pay?

Your satisfaction is priority so we try to pay claims as quickly as possible. The time frame varies depending on as soon as Travel Guard has all the documentation and confirms that it is a payable claim, Travel Guard will than pay this claim.

 

 
Q.  Will someone come to my place to verify the claim?

No, we depend on the owner of the property or the rental management group to inspect and report the damages.
