What is Accidental Rental Damage Insurance

Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is an option made available on any rental to add coverage up to $3,000 of unintentional damages. Policy covers up to 180 days of stay. The non-refundable $69.00 fee, paid by the renter, adds coverage and comfort to the renter’s stay, even including pet damage and personal property theft!

Individual renters may purchase directly online at the "Order Now" button located on the right side of the page or on the Home Page!

If you are a Timeshare Owner who rents, this is simply done by requiring your renter to purchase their policy on-line with your unique Login number. You may Register on-line from our Home Page. There are NO COSTS to you for putting this option in place for your renters. You DO NOT have to become licensed and all of our adminstrative services are included with registration.
