About DPS
Diverse Protection Services, LLC. designed their services not only for the needs of owners of time-shares and condos but also to cater to the needs of Property Management Companies and Advertising Companies. We are unique in that we are "FULL SERVICE" in that we include all of our administrative duties with our services and DO NOT require you to become licensed in order to provide our services.
DPS recognized the need to minimize the administrative responsibility of owners and management companies regarding the collection and return of security deposits and also take away the disputing of damages in excess of the minimal security deposit collected, if they should so occur. In addition, they also noticed that the added benefits that companies and owners offer may be the difference in whom the renters choose to do business with.
The main focus of DPS is something they felt has been lost, customer service. In order to achieve the degree of service they strive for, they implemented an individualized database in order to track all their clients, and their renters, and their claims, and so on. They found this type of service oriented company is hard to find today and wanted to be there to provide it as needed.
Long term goals are to continue to add products through their affiliations and to offer clients full cooperation in their needs. Another insurance product provided includes Travel Guard® policies which protects the client and their trip investment if unforeseen circumstances occur and their trip must be cancelled. Year round service is offered, whether it’s Ski Resorts or Summer Rentals, our service remains.
